Manager Operational Excellence

We have an urgent opening with a leading Pharma company for the position of "Manager Operational Excellence" for Madhya Pradesh location.

Qualification : B.Tech Chemical / Mechanical from a reputed college not less than NIT or equivalent

Work Experience : 5 - 8 Years

Age : 28 - 32 years

Reporting to : Corporate Improvement Leader API

Desired Profile :

- Lead Lean & Six sigma projects to deliver targeted results.

- Support other project leaders in their LSS projects

- Support MOST projects & time standard for the plant.

- Capturing & transferring best practices & Cloning of projects to & from other plants.

- Deployment of TPM in the plant.

We need following in this profile :

- Black Belt certification from a reputed organization with minimum 15 to 20 days of class room training is must.(BMG, ASQ etc. are the reputed organizations for Black belt certification)

- Proven record of executing high value projects

- Should have worked in production for 3 to 5 years

- Should have worked as OP EX leader for a site for 2 to 3 yrs

- Must have worked with reputed large organizations

- Look candidates from Steel, Metal, Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, Automobile, Engineering industry.

- Candidates must have good understanding of DOE / DMAC, Statistics, and Minitab will fit the bill better.
