Duties & responsibilities:
- The candidate will need to understand & comprehend client requirements and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conceptualize end to end projects around re-engineering, starting from understanding need Business case; Identification and agreement of scope of application and driving implementation to check results against clearly drawn out success criterias
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, E2E mapping and improvement, Lean six sigma and advanced automation
- Identify opportunities for improvement and bottlenecks through waste analysis and consistency analysis
- Managing multiple internal and external, cross functional and remote stakeholders
- Coach extended teams on Lean Six Sigma tools & continuous improvement methodology
- Apply end-to-end thinking to complex business and system problems to drive sustainable improvement while ensuring that the learnings are well documented
To apply you need to have:
- Lean Six Sigma experience (Black Belt certification)
- Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting functions
Performance objectives:
- The Manager Operational Excellence will be accountable for carry out high impact strategic projects. He/she will be responsible for driving improvement across Offshore / Onshore processes yielding cost efficiencies and potential revenue growth
- He / She has to identify process improvement/ re-engineering opportunities by using data / process analysis, applying Lean Six Sigma / Automation / Analytics and implementing industry best practices
Key skills:
- Well-versed in knowledge of Six Sigma quality tools & LEAN methodology
- Experienced professional in executing process improvement initiatives using RPA/ Digital Transformation
- Excellent facilitation skills with diverse teams with demonstrated skills in problem identification and resolution
- Ability to coach, train, mobilize and motivate colleagues
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
- Ability to quickly understand complex processes and create process/data-flow/systems maps
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement practices in his / her previous roles
- Sound understanding of current technologies / solutions available to improve business processes
