Operation Manager - Wellness Program Implementation: - Oversee the end-to-end implementation of workplace wellness programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve program efficiency. Client Onboarding: - Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with sales and account management teams. - Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize clients with program features, expectations, and key contacts.
