KRAs:
Managing entire process operations with an aim to accomplish organizational plans & goals successfully
monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
Monitoring the KRAs, KPIs for the process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to ensure the team meets its objectives
Responsible for maintaining strong customer relationship
Evaluate & improve the performance level within team
Recruitment of frontline people, retention and engagement and training to ensure people development and effectiveness.
Co-coordinating with Contractors for ensuring the timely completion of work.
Desired Candidates:
BE/B. tech + MBA from premium B School with minimum 3 years of experience into operation management, process excellence, Team management, project management.
An effective communicator with excellent analytical skills and must have strong team handling experience.
Should have the experience of operations, team handling, managing KRAs, attrition.
