Designation: Operation Manager (Steel - EPC - Oil &amp; Gas) Location: Qatar Company: EPC Contractor to Oil &amp; GAS Industries Eligibility Criteria: - BE / B Tech - Mechanical - Job experience has to be 20 to 25 yrs Operation Management in EPC companies - Gulf experience is preferred Duties &amp; responsibilities: - Managed large teams inclusive of Functional Heads, Project Managers, Production Manager Procurement Manager and other cross functional department heads. - Administering operations across EPIC and Turnaround/Maintenance Projects in Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, Oil &amp; Gas, Chemical, Steel, Power and other Industrial sectors - Responsible for P&amp;L management for the division - Driving several projects and workshop orders for cliental base across the country - Assuring effective HSE and Quality Management for the division - Formulating production plans, schedules and strategies; arranging resources to ensure achievement of targets as per the stipulated parameters - Conceptualizing and implementing effective techniques to attain operational efficiency, improve quality standards and generate maximum cost savings Experience preferred: - Led operations management for multiple projects for EPC and Shutdown Contracts in Oil &amp; Gas, Power, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Metal &amp; Bulk Material Handling sectors - Rich experience in administering day-to-day Projects Operations for making effective utilization of man, machine, method &amp; materials with expertise in managing installation, commissioning &amp; shutdown operations of plant machinery - Proven capabilities in maintaining HSE compliances and formulating project baselines; monitoring projects with respect to Budget &amp;cost, resource deployment, time overruns, quality compliance &amp; specifications to ensure satisfactory execution of multiple industrial projects - Proficient in resource planning, in-process inspection, team building &amp; coordination with internal/external departments.
