Online Strategy & Planning Manager - FMCD
Online Strategy & Planning Manager analyzes market evolution, identifies new programs, partners and initiatives, continually improve execution of new initiatives, and analyzes performance data to identify optimization opportunities. Client is looking for an accomplished Strategy & Planning professional, who brings a combination of strategy development experience, analytical mind-set and e-commerce / consumer internet experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
1). Assess online market evolution, Pure player strategies and competition strategies.
2). Assess impact of changing regulatory environment in e-Comm industry and implications of the same on company's online business.
3). Identify new 'growth hacks', i.e. initiatives and partners to accelerate online sales growth for client in India.
4). Create business case for 'growth hacks' and drive internal alignment.
5). Incubate new partners and initiatives.
6). Participate in development of sales strategy and accounts plans for existing partners.
7). Participate in development of optimization plans for existing initiatives.
8). Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively.

Desired Profile :
1).Should have 5-10 years of overall experience with
Preferred :
3+ years of strategy consulting experience with exposure to ecommerce / retail / digital transformation, or Should have 3+ years of ecommerce experience in strategy / planning / analytics roles.
