The digital push is expanding; many trends are emerging in internet space to enhance business. Many disruptive solutions are envisaged which will change the operational landscape. To evaluate new trends, operational impact, changes required in processes; handle emerging requirements to support digital activities, handle back-end operational activities in continuous co-ordination with RTA.

Job Description

1. To continuously evaluate emerging trends in digital space (KYC, Transactions, Payments; internet & mobile), how to make best use of the same towards MF transactions and create solutions.

2. To implement solutions with high operational efficiency, Coordinate with various vendors like payment banks, payment aggregators, RTA, in house e-business team.

3. Assist and manage various activities that involve transactions through websites, internet portals.

4. Understand existing operational activities; discuss, evaluate the changes required to handle internet based activities.

5. Handle website related developments, enhancements and various other activities.

Competencies & Personality Traits

1. Should have strong knowledge in digital space (internet / mobile).

2. Know how of transactions and/or payment flows in digital space. Well verse with Application Program Interfaces (API) and Web services, emerging payment space

3. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Creative, out of the box thinking required
