Online Marketing Manager - Chennai Area  Client is one of the big media houses based out of Chennai.  Job description:  - Responsible for setting strategies for website development and growth  - Devise online-marketing strategy to meet the company's objectives for demand generation, user acquisition, and revenue. Strong hold on direct online sales. Able to manage the online sales team and to drive them on targets.  - Create and manage e-mail marketing, including definition of customer profiles, segmentation, pre-production, campaign set-up, and campaign management. Oversee the development and implementation of onsite display advertising to coincide with e-mail marketing campaigns  - Create and manage media and creative strategy for all online advertising placement  - Develop metrics and establish analytics for key performance criteria for online and offline marketing campaigns  - Traffic building across product verticals using analytics to map, analyze user data, interpret online user behavior and measuring ROI across the digital media  - Setting strategies and managing affiliate marketing, online branding & PR, lead generation, webinars, mobile marketing to achieve higher page views and unique visitors  - Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience  - Managing media buying and tracking online campaigns. Identify, execute and manage potential business alliances. Identifying high-growth and high-revenue opportunities and taking a lead on executing them.  - Monitor results of all programs and analyze performance to maximize returns from online marketing.
