Position : Manager – O&M –

Reports : Vice President – Special Projects

Purpose: To establish and define the functional responsibilities

Scope:

- This job description will establish and define certain functional responsibilities the individual is to effectively accomplish.

- The employee’s job performance shall be measured, in part, against the degree of conformance to the responsibilities established by this job description and the effective accomplishment of those responsibilities.

Functional Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

- Responsible for the O&M of the Plant

- Maintain Spares & tools

- Co-ordination with Discoms/Transco for smooth operation of the plant

- Responsible for generation & performance

Pre-requisites:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in the respective functions

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- EEE graduate from accredited institution
