Manager-ODC (Offshore Delivery Center)

Have an urgent opportunity for Manager-ODC (Offshore Delivery Center) with one of the BIG 4 for Bangalore location.

The Lead will also be responsible for building process improvements to improve build out efficiency with reduced timelines.

Operational role:

- Drive ODC feasibility conversations with prospective stakeholders which working internally with WES, IT and Real Estate for options

- End to end operational scope of activities post kick-off to handover / closure

- Can include Project sign off document also - currently not in place

- Overview of ODC procurement for project requirements

- ODC response management with stakeholders - internal and external for project requirements

- Own monthly ODC pipeline review with IT, WES, Procurement and Real Estate

- Monthly ODC seat management : Utilization overview and bill-to-client status view

- ODC expansion management : Location wise view of upcoming RE and available options for proposed ODC stakeholders on location positioning

- ODC Audit support during ODC client visits

- ODC BCP SPOC - maintain and publish all relevant documentation and drive orientation periodically

- Propose ODC process improvements / changes where applicable

- ODC RISK management and mitigation - internal and external stakeholders

- Drive communication with stakeholders across the board

Reporting :

- ODC expense reporting overview and accounting with relevant client charge code

- Own seat charge reporting and monthly review with stakeholders

- IT reporting of inventory and asset management process

- ODC status reporting to relevant stakeholders on IT and Non-IT KPI- s

- Pipeline reporting to firm's leadership, IT and WES

Stakeholder Management:

- Build out phase : Stakeholder management around IT and Physical infrastructure questionnaire and build out timeline sign off

- Execution phase : Drive and project manage the ODC build out plan, in parallel with IT deliverables

- Handover phase : Audit management, partner with stakeholders on handover and sign off

Essential Functions of the Job:

- End to end ODC management : includes people, assets, strategy and execution.

- Required to work closely with onshore and offshore stakeholders

- Create meaningful, relevant reports for management

- Provide service delivery teams and leaders with single point of accountability forall support teams

- Evaluate, identify and help drive continuous improvement inOperational function.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

- Strong analytic skills to provide knowledge to the leaders from the data.
