About CFA:

CFA stands for Centre for Advanced Technologies and is a new-age modern training organization with support from VCs. The curriculum deployed has found recognition and appreciation in IIT, and in many software companies. It's one of a kind pedagogy that elevates an engineering fresher into enlightened fresher. It has a fast-growing clientele in IT start-ups, product and services companies.

Currently CFA is in a fast-growth phase, and hence is planning to hire offline marketing professionals to seek new clientele and maintaining existing base.

The Team:

The Offline Marketing Team is part of the Marketing Team, whose role is to build a large clientele and maintain existing clientele for the delivery. This team is single handedly responsible for planning and executing outreach programs and initiatives to create one of the most knowledgeable and bankable software engineering resources in the country.

As manager of offline marketing, you are responsible for all aspects that lead to greater adoption. You will be reporting directly to the head, offline marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create, identify and understand consumer segments that are relevant for the delivery, towards whom engagement and sales campaigns will be directed

- Understand and execute the long term brand strategy

- Plan, execute, monitor and optimize offline marketing campaigns across customer segments.

- Deliver the business plan for the quarter with revenue achievement

- Work with all PR initiatives of the organization

- Lead and manage the offline marketing team

- Building the best customer engagement program that enables customers to become passionate brand advocates, while also driving sales

- Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, digital marketing, go-to-market and individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points

Requirements:

- A great understanding and a strong interest in the education & training centre especially in IT sector

- Take strong ownership for assigned tasks and independently take them to closure

- Meticulous planning and execution with attention to detail

- Ownership to deliver revenue targets

- Experience of managing a team and working with agencies

- Innovative thinking

- Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams

- A customer-centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset

- A penchant for being data driven and a stickler for analyzing and improving every activity

- 5+ years marketing experience in software industries in India with minimum of 2 years of offline marketing

- A bachelor or master's degree from a Tier 1 college
