Client is a leading provider of hardware, software, cloud-based Vehicle telematics & IoT

Solutions, also is a subsidiary of a global Tier-1 supplier with a diversified industry-leading portfolio of auto ancillary products & services. We are seeking a top-performing sales manager to join us as the OEM Business Development Manager and work with us in driving customer success and sustainable growth in the connected car space. The candidate should have a strong background in information technology and (s)he must have a proven track record of selling technology based product (Telematics & ioT based) or service offerings to large organizations.

Key Expectations:

- Define go-to market strategy in accordance with organizational objectives and secure management buy-in/commitment.

- Oversee pipeline and bookings to exceed targets

- Ensure achievement of annual business targets.

- Implement and oversee governance structure

- Track market trends and feed insights to product team.

- Participate and provide critical inputs to cross functional processes such as corporate planning, product planning, financial planning.

- Develop and maintain long term relationships with sunrise accounts.

- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data working with Sales Operations team

- Negotiate and close the strategic partnership deals

Desired Skills and Qualification:

- 6-10 years of prior experience in sales, business development, alliances, channel development or a related field

- 5+ years of prior experience in Information technology space.

- Quick learner with high energy and creative problem-solving skills

- Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.

- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team and must be self-motivated.

- Demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity.

- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, intense, high-growth team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
