Manager OCM/ Change Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Openly communicate with business partners and key stakeholders across the company on OCM strengths and opportunities, striving to identify and remove roadblocks before they become an issue.
- Go beyond just fixing issues to identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades to prevent future recurrence.
- Evaluate change management requirements for specific projects and functional areas, and lead executive-level assessments of gaps and recommendations.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change initiatives.
- Create actionable deliverables for the following change management levers: Communications plan, Sponsor roadmap, Coaching plan, Training plan, and Resistance and Adoption management plans.
- Support, consult, and engage senior business and technology leaders and project teams.
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness across transformation initiatives.
- Develop and mature Organization's change management capabilities.
- Socialize and educate both the technology and business teams on the value proposition, processes, and tools.
- Act as an internal consultant to other strategic initiative teams to expand the reach and mature the overall organizational approach.
- Ensure alignment to Enterprise Change Management Leadership to ensure alignment to CM tools, resources, information, and other reporting needs.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate agility in identifying and advising on the scope and depth of change by implementing end-to-end change management resources to ensure adoption and benefits realization.
- The ability to flex in a CM methodology/framework agnostic environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project life cycle.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Outstanding planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Able to meet multiple deadlines and challenging priorities within restricted timeframes.
- Superb communication skills, and ability to build relationships while maintaining excellent service levels.
- Ability to be self-disciplined, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated certification in the change management field desired.
