Key Responsibilities-

1. To ensure start up of new service center as per reliance standard practices

2. To integrate new service points into Reliance Jio Device service network

3. To ensure service centre has requisite training, spares, service manpower etc before start of ops

4. To understand competition process for device call load and bench mark reliance jio process against the best in class service network & Process

5. To ensure that service centre starts his operation inline with stores expansion plan.

6. To work as a project lead in key projects which may be given to him on a time to time basis

7. To ensure that service centres look is standardized and as per OEM/ODM/Brand guidelines .

Criterias-

Must be from a after sales service background in a reputed firm

Must have worked been associated with service network startup in such organisation
