Someone who work closely with Internal Manufacturing team (Food tech guys), Together they do market research, Do lot of Surveys to understand consumer preference and then they work on new product development, Then handles further marketing activities...

Job Description:

- Experience with New Product Development principles and Stage Gate Process.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex, strategic projects

- Liaised with cross functional teams to ensure launch readiness, successful launch plan constituting large scale focused sampling, outdoors, print, and innovative BTL activation

- Market intelligence for the experimental/innovation marketing lab

- Spearheaded and deployed a robust market tracking model - Key KPI tracking - category movements, market share and brand health

- Analyse performance of all innovation marketing initiatives to identify the best opportunities to optimization
