Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in identification of areas for product development through market research & market feedback
- Develop consumer insights and clear understanding of eating out need states and occasions
- Launch new products after following rigorous testing and research
- Closely work with R&D, SCM and operation teams
- Lead thinking and execution to drive innovation across current and new platforms
- Learn from global successes and adapt for India
- Develop the intimate knowledge of consumer behavior and trends through primary research
- Develop pricing strategy and profitability plans using product innovation
- Lead strategic project for the brand from time to time
Qualifications:
Hotel Management Graduate/ B.Tech in Food Technology/Diploma in food science.
Postgraduate in Marketing from Tier 1/2 Institute.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong logical and analytical skills; combined with a keen sense of right brain faculties
- Project management and in-market execution
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding and experience of generating insights, understanding consumer behavior and brand positioning and creative execution
- Strong understanding of research techniques
