Manager - New Product Development - FMCG

- Undertake the entire journey from product ideation to execution (decide what products to develop, develop a project plan, identify vendors for production, undertake product trials & commission the product).

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure a successful project launch.

- Meet product delivery timeline.

- Post-launch plans to scale up the product availability and other outlets (as per launch plan).

- Handling Market Research.

- Developing Consumer insights to identify new products in the FMCG space.

- Managing the entire PNL responsibility for the new product development vertical.

- Developing Vendors for product development.

- Product Costing and margin analysis.

- Setting Development timelines and managing all the stakeholders concerned (internal as well as external).
