Manager - New Business Development - IT Staffing Services (8-12 yrs)
- Client Acquisition -IT Search/Staffing- Services across India.
- Build a comprehensive Sales strategy for IT staffing business across all acquired companies in all segments & geographies.
- Acquire and build customers for IT Staffing, set-up and lead governance forums across IT Staffing business.
- Develop a thorough understanding Staffing and consulting services provided by the firm and Link to potential client needs.
- Actively participate in proposal development at the direction of management and take a lead in responding to requests for proposal.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of current engagements through identification of client needs.
- Serving as the Engagement Manager on specific key client accounts, responsible for engagement planning, execution, deliverable development, and billing and collections.
- Serve as the prime point-of-contact to the client to Develop and attain customer relationships to become the preferred partner.
- Take responsibility for identifying, attracting, and developing current and future talent of the Firm.
- Support and build new business; Review and build strategies around Business, Delivery and Operations
- Advising and enabling leadership teams of all acquired IT Staffing companies in building comprehensive growth strategy
