Looking for candidates with experience in Supply Planning and Distribution Planning

Network & Norm Planning process:

a. Accurate master data maintenance in vector flow for divisional requests to suit specific requirements like seasonality, phase-in phase-out, group norms, location mapping & sku mapping.

Sales and Operations Planning Process:

a. Design the network and norm quantity of the SKU locations identified as exceptions in the monthly S&OP meeting.

II. To monitor and plan improvements in servicing of MTS SKUs

Role - Supply Service Manager (MTS & MTO)

Activities :

a. Manage the MTS & MTO catalogue of divisions & sub divisions (Eg : FV division would include PWG, EWG, Falcofix, Bluecoat, Joinery, Paints & Foam/Footwear adhesives)

III. To monitor and plan improvements in inventory management at various locations.

Role - FG Inventory Controller:

Activities :

IV. To be the SPOC between Division, Operations and Transportation teams for ensuring smooth movement of material from the production locations to the sales locations or to direct customers.

Role - Customer Service Improvement Manager

Activities :

- New products and promotional packs dispatcha. Analyse the excess stock, work with division to identify redistribution needs for excess stocks and execute redistribution/ pullback within the agreed timelines.

V. To be a SPOC between Division, Depots and WSS for ensuring execution of pending sales orders of WSS/ customers for maximising availability.

Role - DBM Manager:

a. Handle rollout/ extension of TOC DBM for pending geographies for the division (one time effort)

b. Analyse and approve SASH uploaded by DBM ensuring WSS availability at distributors.
