Manager Mutual Funds Operations(Leading AMC) 1) Lead the AMC operations team in managing transaction processing and customer response management services efficiently to support business growth. 2) Support Head - Operations in management all operating processes and workflows in the transaction processing and customer response management efficiently so as to provide a competitive edge to the company. Collaborate with Banking Operations, Fund Accounting and Custody to provide seamless transaction processing experience. 3) Set up and manage a strong MIS reporting process for the unit to measure and track operational performance and operating costs for the unit. Provide regular reporting to management on operational performance. 4) Manage all outsourced partnerships effectively and ensure a good mechanism to track their costs, adherence to process control and service standards. Focus on moving towards zero-error transaction processing environment with better than industry processing times. 5) Work closely with the technology team to implement appropriate automated solutions and systems for processing. 6) 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in handling back office operations of an AMC with the last 2 years in a managerial position leading a team. Well accustomed to the entire spectrum of mutual fund back office operations. 7) Must have a good degree of customer orientation. Able to response to customer concerns and escalations diligently and sharp turn-around times. Consistently meet deadlines. 8) Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and maintain accuracy while being detail oriented.
