About our Client - Our client is a British multinational pharmaceutical company and one of the oldest pharma companies in India. It was the world's sixth-largest pharmaceutical company in 2014. Its product portfolio in India includes prescription medicines and vaccines.

Job Description :

- Global (primary focus EMAP/EU) and intensive commercial operations.

- The role is in a high pressure environment that offers plenty of learning opportunity in core areas of commercial operations.

- This role is a cross functional role with close interaction needed with Global Multi Channel team & Commercial teams and has to work with MCM head on various objectives and KPI's relevant for the commercial team.

- The role encompass the following Develop and implement plan for consistent, successful enterprise-wide execution in different channels (E-mail and HCP portal) in partnership with the other Global Multi Channel team & commercial team plans.

- Analyze technology/platforms and landscape on an ongoing basis to support MCM teams and in creation and deployment of current and future channel strategy

- Support Global Multi Channel strategy and priorities by identifying and evaluating innovative uses of the channel that drive customer value and growth

- Responsible for maintaining the global standards, design/style guides, business processes for the core MC channels ( HCP portals contents, email channels)

- Understand and communicate regulatory and compliance risks to leveraging channel/platform solutions to meet business objectives

- First point of contact for any questions about content development specific to channel standards, templates and/or design specifications

- Work with the Global and Local brand teams to ensure clear feedback mechanisms are in place for channel content optimization

- Organises monthly briefing for key internal stakeholders to keep them up to date on channel/platform development process and/or updates to business process/design guide

- Manages the relationship with the core channel team, organises the weekly deployment comm cell

The Successful Candidate :

- Experience in working with email marketing / web portals

- Experience in marketing, (digital) detailing & professional selling operations

- Degree in Science

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 3-5 years experience

- Any additional Digital Marketing Certifications / Diplomas would be an advantage

- Soft skills & good communication skills

- Cultural & emotional intelligence
