About our Client - Our client is one of the largest banking financial services firm in the country, employing over 15000 people. They cover a range of end to end services within the sector and are looking to expand their span of operation

Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the entire mortgage underwriting process, mitigating all problem points

- Revisiting the processes with an innovative mindset and designing system improvements

- Functional delivery of complete credit processing operations within operational guidelines

- Managing performance metrics for all direct reports


The Successful Candidate - You will have a graduation degree and would have been in BFSI for 8-10 years. Our client will look at a minimum of 5-6 years within mortgage operations. The candidate would have dealt with US mortgages extensively. Inter personal skills and communication skills are of essence for this role.
