Manager - Mortgage Policy & Monitoring

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing portfolio quality within given growth parameters

- Write/modify credit policies, product parameters, processes and related guidelines

- Work with technology team to ensure flawless and timely implementation of credit policies in the system

- Identify and analyse risks related to mortgage portfolio. Monitor portfolio quality and undertake reviews with credit & collection team.

- Provide functional support to all risk matters to the product/operations/sales/underwriting teams

- Ensure adherence to policies and processes, correcting procedural flaws, ensure proper documentation

- Work with fraud control teams/agencies to streamline relevant processes

Skills/qualification required:

- CA/BSC/IT/BE/BTECH/MBA

- Analytical Skills

- Problem Solving Skills

Prior experience:

- Overall Experience in Financial Sector: 5-12 years.

- Specific Experience in HFC/NBFC with focus on HL/LAP 5+ yrs.
