Manager - Mortgage Operations (8-12 yrs)  - Management of day-to-day operational engagements, client interaction, global support staff interaction and Process management which encompasses ensuring delivery of production & quality SLA. Maintain effective communication & coordination within the all stakeholders and partners of First American's International Business groups, and also ensure healthy working relations.  - Management of mid-level leadership which would include Assistant Manager and Deputy Managers for specific process verticals.  - Need to be flexible to support with any requirements in terms of handling additional processes which may be transitioned in the future.  - To Plan & ensure smooth production & load balancing during the shift.  - Ensure proper communication & co-ordination among different stakeholders and partners in charge.  - Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.  - Ensure delivery of Production & Quality SLA's.  - Be a one face contact to resolve production and work related issues and queries both at FAI and other stakeholders  - Responsible & accountable for analyzing and distribution of various MIS reports.  - Responsible for recording and updating team members of all the production procedure & quality related updates.   - Monitor overall performance, progress, attendance of the team & make necessary updates for team databases.  - Need to attend, document & cascade the information obtained through conference calls and implement global governance - mechanism  Skills and experience :  - Excellent understanding of off shore/BPM business model.  - Understanding of business dynamics pertaining to operation, should be able understand costing and expenditure analysis on resources and ensure effective utilization of the same.   - Good exposure in interacting with onshore clients( vendors or stakeholders/coordinating work flow and managing process/projects   - Exposure in processes or business of Title /Mortgage domain  - High level of analytical skills as the role involves data crunching  - Project management skills to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner  - Excellent oral & written communication skills  - Excellent interpersonal & conflict management skills  - Team Player  - Leading and influencing the team   - Personal Ownership & accountability in driving operational deliverables
