About the organization:

The organization is a launchpad for early-stage social entrepreneurs in India. The mission is to find support and grow passionate individuals who are designing and executing innovative ideas to bring about long-lasting solutions to pressing problems in India. Work enables these individuals to develop as effective leaders and their ideas into high impact and sustainable organizations. They provide early-stage organizations (0-5 years) stage-appropriate support through Incubation Program. Through the program, social entrepreneurs gain access to personalized coaching, follow-on funding, peer learning, experts & mentors, and workshops.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyzing and reporting the impact of the Incubation Program to internal and external stakeholders.

- Under the guidance of the CEO, you will play a very critical role in understanding the funder landscape,their expectations from Incubators, and reporting tangible insights about the Program.

- You will work closely with the Incubation team and social entrepreneurs to showcase the value and impact of the program.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Build a comprehensive set of metrics and tools to measure the Program's impact.

- Conduct periodic assessments to collect data from social entrepreneurs about their progress and impact.

- Analyse the impact data to measure the progress of each entrepreneur at a Cohort and Funder level.

- Create a comprehensive data collection process through Salesforce.

- Design data-driven evidence and continuously review the internal and external reports to meet stakeholder expectations.

- Complete benchmarking exercise to determine, adapt and adopt best practices in impact assessment as an Incubator.

- Develop sectorial indicators to measure progress of entrepreneurs in the top 5 sectors supported till date.

- Develop a rubric to measure the success of firm's alumni and create a framework to further strengthen our credibility in the Eco-system.

- Build alumni engagement strategy to strengthen relationships.

- Conduct an annual alumni survey to understand the achievements and challenges of each entrepreneur.

- Work along with the team to showcase our work through our annual reports and other collateral.

- Develop/improvise the SOPs to reflect the M & E process.

Support to Social Entrepreneurs:

- Orient social entrepreneurs on the impact reporting frameworks to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

- Identify capacity building needs in M&E for social entrepreneurs to create their impact assessment metrics.

Support to the team and stakeholders:

- Work with our Communications Team to create case studies on Social Entrepreneurs with quantitative and qualitative data.

- Support the CEO in funder relationship management and funder reporting.

- Work with third party evaluators to conduct an external evaluation every 5 to 7 years.

- Design and deliver a workshop on impact assessment for internal and external stakeholders as and when required.

- Conduct internal process audits to measure process adherence and suggest any recommendations to reduce deviations.

Specific requirements:

- Have experience in formulating and maintaining a database (knowledge of Salesforce is preferred).

- Understanding of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem.

- Takes initiative and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Passionate about social entrepreneurship.

- Confident in dealing with a wide range of senior-level decision-makers in a variety of organizations.
