JOB PURPOSE: Overall responsible for Managing modern trade marketing. The position will also focus on using analytics to drive engagement and conversion.
Role & Responsibilities
1 .Designing and executing specific promotions and offers, remarketing activities, specific targeting and sampling. Manage for New store launches . Work closely with Advertising/Media agency for all ATL creative development & execution and with internal BTL team for planning and execution of BTL initiatives. Major works include- Innovations, creative development, Digital mediums to drive consumer awareness, consideration and trials.
2 . Organized brand promotional events . Generate leads from all the channels and converting the leads into business. Spearheaded end-to-end conceptualization & execution of marketing strategies to create the desired brand image.
3. Administering the site inventory; designing and implementing new daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting to track conversions .
4. Partner with the Head Marketing and Brand Managers to develop the specific strategies and identify requirements.
5. Category management and Promotion planning. Regularly Interact with consumers/non-consumers of company, competitor brand and retailers through Market Surveys during Market visit.
6. Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, visual merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts
7. Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter or off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights.
