An FMCG Company based out of Delhi is looking forward to hire a Modern Trade Manager .  Key Responsibilities are:  - Develop Strategy for channel; partner with cross functional teams to Deliver strategy/plans.   - Ensure Best in class service levels at optimal cost; partner with regions,   - Manage “terms of Trade” with MT customers with win-win situation on customer expectations & McCain margin requirements.  - Develop and lead the Joint Business planning process with customers ensuring commitment on volumes & agree activity plan to support the same.  - Lead a structured activity calendar plan in coordination with marketing team; ensure execution through regional team .  Requisite:  - An MBA from a premier institute with minimum 2 years of experience of managing MT and Cash n Carry channels/customers in FMCG company.  Competencies:  - Sound understanding of Sales & Distribution – TT and MT both.  - Ability to develop strategic plan for channel; Build AOC and Execute.  - Customer management skills; Negotiation skills.  - Understanding the category management process  Monica
