Accountabilities & Performance Measures
1. Top Line Sales in line with companies plans and market and counter share in various retailers
2. Profitable business with all accounts through favorable terms of trade,
3. Ensure prominent and stand out displays at stores through their approvals and collaborative work with internal marketing team, account servicing and high customer satisfaction
4. Regular sharing with accounts on our performance and building credibility and trust
5. Engagement with store managers and soliciting their support, motivating and developing our promoters with the promoter manager for higher productivity ,
6. Focus on tertiaries, product displays and opportunities to build brand premiumness through close working with the customer HQs and local stores teams.
7. New product opportunities, New product focus and displays, local level promotional activity at stores are other key deliverables.
8. The person needs to have skills to collaborate with various functions internally and seek support. Customer training programs, bringing key customer personnel to Bangalore plant etc .
9. Data analysis and sharing with HQ and customers, developing a strategic action plan to grow business aggressively are key to the success of this position.
