Manager - Mobility & Travel

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Centre of expertise for Mobility

- International inbound and outbound mobility

- Immigration & Visa for short term travel, business travel, deputation

- Extensive knowledge on Visa & Immigration procedure for USA, Canada & EU

2. Expatriate management:

- Visa, ticketing and insurances for expatriates

- Gosi and Icama processes for expatriate management in UAE, KSA etc.

- Visa Transfers

3. Vendor management for Mobility:

- Experience of working with reputed agencies on Mobility like Fragomen, EY, Deloitte etc to be able to design best practices

- Market intelligence on comp mapping, mobility allowances etc.

- Experience of working with immigration officers / consulates

4. Travel Desk:

- Manage domestic and international travel desk - travel, accommodation, conveyance etc.

- Budgeting and cost optimisation

- Vendor and stakeholder management

- MIS and reporting

Requirements:

Experience: 7+ years

Edu: Post Graduate preferred but not mandatory, Graduation necessary
