Manager - Mobility Solutions Technologies

Skills :

- 8+ years of experience as a Team Lead

- Business process knowledge of Automotive/Manufacturing domain.

- Proven experience in technologies like Flutter/Android (mandatory), iOS, Ionic, PHP, Angular, Node and UX Design.

- Knowledge of Liferay would be an added advantage, Project Lifecycle & design patterns

- Hands on experience in RESTFUL web services/IIS application server

- Hands on experience in development in ASP.NET(must), MVC, WEB API & Angular

- Experience exhibiting architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for projects.

- Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.

- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases."

Responsibilities :

- Analyze the business requirements and create technical design in accordance with organization's architecture standards.

- Manage full software development lifecycle like requirements gathering, analysis, designing, software development, coding, testing and implementation

- Resolves critical issues and contributes to the business unit/area development.

- Technical Mentoring and coaching of the development team

- Provide technical support to peers & juniors

- Recommend changes to improve established development processes

- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications

- Ensure high quality of products being delivered

- Participate in cross functional projects & initiatives

- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality."
