Roles & Responsibilities :

- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of the mobile app.

- Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and organic medium) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimising campaigns, analysing traffic data and solving problems)

- Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics, including the cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.

- Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.

- Collaborate closely with technical, business, and Product teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.

- Must have strong analytical skills, bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyse, and present data.

- Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail.

- Proven relevant work experience in paid mobile app marketing, mobile marketing, digital marketing, and display and search marketing.

- Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimisation across key metrics. Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably third party app advertising campaigns with mobile ad networks and publishers such as Facebook, Google, etc.

- Automation and use of new-age digital marketing tools

Channel Selection & Optimization :

- Budget planning for the online channel

Search Engine Marketing :

- High-performance Google campaigns to yield better ROI

- Increasing categories through the paid channel by optimizing SEM campaigns

- Leveraged updated paid campaign techniques to enhance conversion rate

Search Engine Optimization :

- Increase the web rank for transactional keywords

- Incremental traffic to the website

- Incremental traffic gain by optimizing webpages by leveraging SEO best practices

CRM Marketing :

- Building user engagement using customer engagement platforms

- Push notifications to increase customer base

- Triggered campaigns to result in incremental customer base

App Install :

- Running app install campaigns

- Optimizing the ad performance

- Campaign Management

- Increased lead generation count

- Enhanced online ROI by optimizing campaigns by lowering CPC

- Performance Measurement and report analysis

- Paid Campaign Management & Optimization

SMS Marketing :

- SMS Marketing with enhanced open rate

- Periodic update of email list to yield improved delivery rate & click rate

- A/B Testing with SMS with personalized targeting

- SMS content creation using clickbait's for better performance

Website Optimization :

- On-page & Off-page SEO activities yielding incremental traffic

- Enhancing website layout to decrease bounce rate

- Landing Page optimization to increase conversion rate leveraging content & proper CTAs

- Improving website architecture
