Manager - MIS - SAS/SQL - BPO/KPO/IT

We are looking for a Manager MIS for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon

JOB DETAILS:

Location : Gurgaon

Specification : People Manager Role, completely into reporting

Education : Bachelor's degree in quantitative/ statistical or analytical field.

CTC : 12 L - 15 L + 10%

Exp : 4 - 6 yrs of MIS operations experience, 2+ years experience using SAS or SQL

Technical Skills : Advanced use of MS Office( Excel, Access)

Other Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills

Working Conditions : 2 pm -11 pm, Cab Yes ( for females), Available for Male at a minimal cost

Non Hiring Zones : Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Nangloi, Karwal Nagar, Nazafgarh

ROLE DEFINITION

He/she is responsible for a combination of data analysis, project management, and operational process management to support the valuation and/or collection efforts of the business. He/she personally develops and manages others to develop technical solutions to business problems, and is comfortable working in a data-intensive environment. He/she plays a lead role in partnering with IT to develop system solutions to support operations. The role requires both business insight and technical know-how in a variety of data extraction tools, including SAS, IBM iSeries - AS400, MS Access and MS Excel. The Manager, Data Analysis typically manages a team of 1 - 3 Data Analysts, and is responsible for their coaching, development, and productivity.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Take leadership role in the development of processes/systems to enhance and streamline department functions. 20%

2. Define reporting needs and monitor report to understand trends, issues and opportunities 35%

3. Play lead role in working with IT to define and develop technical/systems solutions for new operational needs . 15%

4. Develop and coach direct report(s) and other analytical resources on cross-functional teams 30%

5. Management of direct reports (reporting to the role) # 3-4 10%
