Manager - MIS
Purpose of Job :
1) Building & deploying specific initiatives in the Direct Channel under the Direct Life program - Process improvement projects, managing full scale programs to improve channel's efficiency and FLS productivity
2) Close collaboration with inter functional & field teams to ensure efficient roll-out & adoption of central initiatives
3) Analytics & insighting to help design initiatives & measure effectiveness
4) Conceptualize- build- deploy technology/AI-ML based solutions to solve conventional business problems
5) Build sales capability programs to address trainings needs of a large sales channel
6) Own certain KPIs related to drive business, field force engagement and retention
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Building specific channel transformation initiatives under the Direct Life program, through insighting based on analytics & understanding/feedback from field teams
2. Close collaboration with inter functional & field teams for designing & deployment of key Direct Life initiatives. Work closely with AVP - Direct Life to ensure effective & efficient rollout & adoption of efficiency improvement initiatives in the channel
3. Managing data flows & reporting for the initiatives that fall in purview
4. Monitoring results, socializing information amongst stakeholders, supporting field teams with requisite inputs to ensure traction on initiatives
5. Closely working with HO leadership for reviewing progress of the program
Ideal Candidate :
1. MBA grad from Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 who have worked on data analysis, analytics, dashboard management
2. Effective in delivering on data heavy projects
3. Skilled with advanced excel and power BI
