The Manager, Data Analysis is responsible for a combination of data analysis, project management, and operational process management to support the valuation and/or collection efforts of the business. The Manager, Data Analysis personally develops or manages others to develop technical solutions to business problems, and is comfortable working in a data-intensive environment.

The Manager plays a lead role in partnering with IT to develop system solutions to support operations. The role requires both business insight and technical know-how in a variety of data extraction tools, including SAS, IMB iSeries, Access and Excel. The Manager, Data Analysis typically manages a team of 1 - 3 Data Analysts, and is responsible for their coaching, development, and productivity.

Take leadership role in the development of processes/systems to enhance and streamline department functions.

Define reporting needs and monitor report to understand trends, issues and opportunities

Play lead role in working with IT to define and develop technical/systems solutions for new operational needs .
