Manager - MIS/Cost Control/Budget/Forecasting - Steel Industry

Position reports to : Team Leader - MIS / Budgeting

Positions peer with : Team leader - Fiancial Reporting / Sales, Debtors, creditors / Plant Accounts

Positions reporting : Manager - MIS & Budget

Cost Accountant + Engineer with 9-10 years relevant experience of MIS & Budgeting in Steel industry

Design & develop various analytical reports and provide it to the senior management for business decisions at right time on regular basis for reducing cost, increasing revenue and overall profitability. Coordinate with all manufacturing locations and provide company level standalone and consolidated view to internal and external stake holders. Provide training and necessary guidance to the subordinates & colleagues for organization's benefit.

KRA :

Profitability estimates with analytics : Monthly. Quarterly, Annual and Strategic 5/10 yrs

- Ability to create cost sheets for all steel manufacturing operations

- System standardisation, put in place common practices and cleansing data on regular basis

- Finalisation and submission of Cost Audit reports before 1 st Quarter's Board meeting for previous year

- Monitoring and support various cost reduction initiatives

- Manage the organisation-wide Business Plan and continuous monitoring & control the same

- Support for organisation's various initiatives under trade remedial measures

- Contribute and coordinate for company's Annual Report

- Long Term Projections

- Budgeting Control
