Qualification: CA / ICWA - Qualified Manager MIS - (Post qualification 6 to 10 Years &nbsp; Responsibilities and Duties : - Finalization of Accounts - Ensure compliance with internal process guidelines, a focal point for book closing &amp; audit. - Ensure adherence to IFRS standards - Business Finance support including Deal pricing &amp; contract review - Working on budgets and review of actual results against budgeted goals to enable the management to take corrective actions - Provide timely business MIS, highlight reasons for variances &amp; conduct financial reviews - Contract review &amp; ensure appropriate revenue recognition - Working with management &amp; BU heads from finance standpoint on various initiatives - Working with sales heads to reduce bills receivable &amp; ensure timely collection - Develop profit and loss plan to ensure maximised returns and profit targets - Maintain Corporate financial data including budgets, projections &amp; actuals reporting - Go getter with aptitude for managing expectations &amp; provide consistent high quality in financial operations. - Familiarity with ERP is preferable - High level of proficiency in Excel &amp; other MS Office applications
