Position: Team Member - Customer Technical Services & Product Approvals Group, Product Design & Quality Control (PDQC), JSW Steel, Dolvi Role: He/She will be monitoring customer complaints and providing effective CAPA after doing internal analysis with inputs from concerned departments. He/She will also lead Product Approval process with the Customers and/or various Govt. agencies Level: Manager / Sr Manager No. of positions: 02 Reporting to: Head (DGM), Customer Technical Services & Product Approvals Group, PDQC Primary tasks: 1. Performing root cause analysis & brainstorming with Production Unit and QA teams to avoid repeat complaints 2. Monitoring of monthly compliance of SLA parameters against norms 3. Regular visits to customers and service centers for collecting feedback/requirements 4. Benchmarking of Company's flat and long products with those of competitors' products Key competencies: - Communication skills - Problem Solving Skills - People skills Qualification & Experience: - Graduate or Post-graduate in Metallurgy with minimum 8-14 years' experience in steel plant including knowledge in steel making, casting and rolling processes & various flat and long products
