Role Description :

- The candidate will be responsible for leading the engagements involving pre-merger & acquisition synergy assessment, post-merger integration focusing on financial & operational integration

Key responsibility areas :

- Supporting decision makers in developing & executing transaction strategy

- Involved in synergy assessment, project management, project execution

- Assisting in Business development activities

- Support the execution of the post merger & acquisition integration/carve-out plan while identifying areas of operational efficiency

- Handle a team size of 5-10 people

Job requirements :

- Post graduation degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience into working on pre & post mergers & acquisition deals

- Understanding of mergers & acquisition lifecycle, carve - out/integration of a business

- Possess financial analysis from a number of pre & post deal transactions

- Willingness to travel, when required

- Salary - As per industry norms
