Job Description : - Conduct industry and peer research. - Make a presentation for investor meetings and roadshows. - Update top management through various MIS or major movements in stock prices, shareholding. - Keep a track on peer group on various parameters like business size, valuations, projects. - Support M&amp;A process in diligence, industry research and other financial validation. - Strong financial modeling skills with expertise in Excel, database etc. - Role involves developing an in-depth understanding of business models, generating insights through research or due diligence, and evaluating viability, scalability &amp; sustainability.
