- Subject matter knowledge and expertise on important M&A positions

- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

- Conducting due diligence on targets

- Advising clients on restructurings

- Day to day strategy and planning on deliverables

- Client Relationship Management

- Interaction with regulatory authorities

- Knowledge Management

- MIS Management

- People Management

Essential Skills

- Technical knowledge on M&A laws - Tax laws, FEMA, SEBI, Company law, Stamp duty

- Basic excel, presentation and report writing skills

- Client handling

- Energy and enthusiasm to learn and ideate
