Position - Manager IR and M&A

Qualification - CA (First Attempt) / B.Pharma + MBA

Experience - 2-6 years

Job Description -

Internal Research insights on Competitor Intelligence, Product /Therapy Developments.

Deal evaluation and strengthening M&A database.

M&A diligence:co-ordination and driving the process.

Weekly Newsflow / Analysis on a regular basis.

Support with modeling and analysis in respect to prospective deals and during diligence proc.

Indepth research and thought paper creation and support.

We are looking for a candidate who has been involved in pharma business and who could be interested in the M&A and IR kind of profile.

Help in identification, evaluation and negotiations of various M&A and JV opportunities in different geographies
