Role & responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze all business, operational and financial data as required and present reports/analysis/decisions/trends to the management team. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in systems.

- Work on special projects like mergers and acquisitions of new business entities.

- Collect and update information on markets, customers, vendors, business, environment, products, technology, people, competition and any other aspect that can or will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the company.

- Prepare detailed valuation and financial effects models for potential acquisitions and disposals.

- Prepare and review Due Diligence data rooms and reports.

- Focusing on M&A activities such as financial modelling, identifying challenges & risks, due diligence, insight, etc.

- Partner with functional heads in deriving strategy formulations and project management, outlining progress on ongoing projects, responsible for tracking of Business Transformation initiatives.

- Creating, updating and sharing monthly, quarterly deliverables via reports and presentations for required KPIs with the business teams.

- Provide regular feedback on the performance of the business and its achievement of agreed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and other plans.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualified CA or CFA with 3-5 years of experience in M&A projects and Corporate Finance.

- Strong analytical skills in financial studies and valuation techniques.

- Good commun skills
