Manager - Merger & Acquisition - BFSI

1. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Life Cycle.

- We looking for Candidate who having experience in in investment banking and financial services domain, supporting clients across geographies, comprehensive pitch book materials, industry overview, current business scenario analysis, trading multiples based financial analysis, precedent transactions complete M&A life cycle

- Should have experience for stakeholder/Client Management and people Management

- Building pitch books, financial statements analysis, business understanding, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges

- secondary Research

- Project management skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Note- Only looking some have experience in Financial sector/Global banks/ Investment banking Domain/Clients for M&A
