Job Duties :

- Identifying potential M&A targets for the company and gathering company information through various sources.

- Managing relationships with a network of intermediaries, bankers, advisers etc.

- Reviewing marketing documents such as Teasers, Information Memorandums for acquisitions and/or financings, coordination of data collection/Q&A from potential targets/intermediaries.

- Reviewing and creating financial models.

- Managing the entire due diligence process across all of financial, tax, operational and legal.

- Preparing presentations, investment memos and other relevant documentation.

- Provide support on acquisitions, divestment and joint venture transactions within the India portfolio, working with regional and group strategy, country and regional management.

- Track and report on strategic developments, M&A activity, and announcements by competitors in the region.

- Provide input and support in respect to post deal integration and tracking.

- Product and Portfolio Strategy.

- Develop clear and robust milestone plans with event teams to execute the product strategies.

- Responsible for driving and tracking progress against milestone plans.

- Support the post-show strategic review process to identify any changes needed to the agreed product strategy.
