One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Manager-Merchant Alliances   Location: Gurgaon  Basic Job Purpose:  - End to end management of Bank’s Dining Privileges  - Continuous Customer Engagement: Continuous innovation in the program to engage customers and bring a fresh outlook to the dining platform  - Dynamic Marketing Platform: Build a robust marketing platform through Direct Mailers, E-mailers, Web Portal & ATL to reach out to the customer base and satisfy the partner merchants  - Marketing Enhancement: Develop additional channels for communication by leveraging social media, telecommunication and other means  - New Initiatives: Conceptualize and drive new initiatives around dining to increase the awareness of the program and of the mother brand  - Processes: Work closely with various units – Product, Marketing, Compliance, online business, Analytics and Sales Team – to ensure the offer is communicated and honored to customers  - Customer analysis: Analyse dining privileges users behavior and use it for effective communication  - Expense Management: Manage the expenses for the entire business line and ensure that stipulated expense is not exceeded while managing communication commitments  - Lead portfolio based events and promos and all other cards portfolio usage offers   - Achieving sales / revenue target of all usage campaigns  - Portfolio Mgmt for Accelerated Rewards: Tracking all spends and revenue generated from the complete list of accelerated rewards partner.
