Manager - Merchandising - eCommerce

We have an opening as a Manager-Merchandising with one of our Ecommerce

Job Description :

Merchandising Manager shall be responsible for creating a consumer centric view on On-Platform assets. If a customer walks in on the platform, it is imperative that we show them the most relevant offering at the most important touch points. The person should be aware of :

- On-App Promotions: Have a fair sense of how to manage visibility for multiple categories

- Conversion funnels and Top of the Funnel Planning

- Online shopping behaviour and on-app consumer journey

1) Conversion-led growth: Deeply understand customer behavior, develop insights basis both input and output data. Work in collaboration with the product & design team through research and insights from the brand and category team to keep improving the user buying journey, resulting in higher conversions of both new and repeat customers.

2) Process planning and governance: Setting up overall governance frameworks and working with cross functional teams for adherence to ensure best-in class on-app experience for the customers. Processes and guardrails planning for each home page asset should be established.

3) Campaign Planning & Execution: Work cross functionally with the in-house creative team, events team and the category team to ensure smooth execution of various On-App Events, promotions and initiatives.
