- Responsible for entire Merchandising Business - Pan India

- Making strategies and ensuring execution at BA counters.

- Expanding merchandising business by opening new counters with leading chain of cosmetics .

- Recruiting, Training and coaching of BA supervisors and BAs.

- Daily monitoring of pan India sales and corrective measures to achieve the objectives by follow-up.

- Strengthening Distribution network for Inventory management at BA counters

- Responsible for eCommerce follow-up and billing.
