Job Description - Manager Merchandising Analytics, (Mobiles / Electronics)
A Sellside role entails category management based on deep consumer centricity, strong analytics, sharp planning and story-telling coupled with product/ tech understanding for an enhanced customer experience.
Customer understanding :
- Be the voice of the customer internally
- Understand needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize
- Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities by conducting surveys on platform & doing an in-depth analysis to draw insights relevant for the Analytics & Planning
- Monthly planning & analytics of Traffic coming on the platform
- Tracking and Analysis of all merchandising related activities on platform
- Planning & tracking of channel performance for all key events
- Developing a Model to personalize the customer journey on platform
- Planning & Tracking of the consumer funnel for launching new products on platform
