Manager - Merchandiser - Online Business

Key Focus Areas:

- Merchandising

- Sales and numbers

Purpose:

- Creating allocation plan before each season based on season buying and partner profiling.

- Prepare Weekly Store-drop allocations in accordance with the season's allocation plan and send to allocators for system execution.

- To follow up with the ONLINE team to ensure timely - GO-LIVE- of products.

- Follow-up on stock movement at partner portals, check on ROS, Category Mix, Sell Through and make allocations/replenishment's according to that.

- Coordinating and following up with the partners for purchase orders against purchase indents for timely dispatches of stocks.

- Ensuring system transaction for Allocations, replenishment & pull backs.

- Analyzing weekly reports and re-align future allocations.

- Regular interaction with partners & ensuring their requirements are met.

Retail Operations Support:

- Follow-up on yearly/monthly/daily budgets (turnover, purchase etc.) and figures (Gross Margin, Hit Rate, Basket Size etc.)

- Follow-up on stock rotation/stock reports and take action on it. Expected minimum rotation 8 times a year

- Follow up with the supply chain team on dispatches & deliveries.

- Feedback to the buyer about styles performance, competition, quality, customer requirements, etc.

- Liaison with the retail planner for the next season's plans.
