For a Retail Brand

- The candidate will be responsible and accountable for monitoring the entire product development

- Manage garment and product development processes in a timely manner

- Handles entire merchandising

- Vendor Management, Relationship Management.

- Proficient in effectively managing merchandising operations spanning requirement analysis, sampling, production, dispatch and liaison to ensure on time achievement of organizational targets

- Experience in communication with customers/suppliers globally for purchasing and allocations

- Possess credibility & personal integrity that leaves lasting impression on decision makers, motivate employees and generate loyalty

- Hands-on experience in forecasting merchandise requirements, tracking inventory and taking actions to meet organization goals

- Effective communicator & team leader combined with flexible and detail oriented attitude with the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse nationalities across globe

- Creating initiatives, designing events, planning merchandising and execution of marketing events for increasing sales drive

- Coordinating with retailers, whole-sellers, merchandising, production, quality and dispatch departments for delivery & distribution of merchandise
